From group classes, small sessions and one-to-one personal training you can learn the true art of boxing. You will find drills just like those found in amateur and professional boxing clubs, we provide you with an authentic boxing experience. Welcoming members from all over London, you will find 12x3 at 76 Alie Street, Aldgate, East London, E1 8PZ. We are a n East London Boxing gym for those at every level, whether you are looking to learn a new skill or get back in ring.

Not everyone is ready for the contact aspect of boxing and we understand that. We have an array of classes that do not require you to hit or be hit. However, we also have contact classes for those who are looking to practise their sparring, step back into the ring or are experienced in boxing. With our variety of classes, we have a session for everyone, at every level.

For all newcomers we would love to introduce you to our friendly team and excellent facilities so we politely ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to any training session or class. We want you to feel confident in your new surroundings by providing a tour of the gym and fitness studios.

Our coaches each bring their own individual experience to the 12x3 team. Using their time in the real world of boxing they offer an invaluable element to each class. From Jimmy McDonnell who has many years of experience coaching professional boxers to Maisey Rose, six time national champion and member of world famous Repton Boxing Club. 12x3 Founders

Founders Ryan Pickard and Darren Barker, drew from their own experience in boxing world as boxing purists to create a boxing gym that shows passion for the sport. Their love of boxing is reflected in the opportunities they provide at 12x3.

‍Ryan Pickard - Co-founder of 12x3 boxing, Ryan has won over 100 fights as a boxing champion, earning the titles of Junior World Silver, Youth Commonwealth Gold, as well as, achieving Senior EU Bronze medals. Within his career he has also captained both club and country.

Darren Barker - 12x3 co-founder Darren has become a well known name in the industry from an extensive career in amateur and professional boxing. Darren has earned a number of titles, such as: IBF World Champion and Commonwealth, British and European title belts. Darren presents both Matchroom Boxing and Dazn alongside Eddie Hearn and was actually Eddie's first ever signing.
