Welcome to 12x3 Boxing! We are a boxing gym like no other. If you are looking for somewhere to learn the art of boxing, we can help. Enhance your existing boxing skills by training with actual boxing champions.
There's nowhere quite like 12x3 Boxing.We will teach you the science of boxing through coach led boxing classes and one-to-one training sessions. We don't need cheap gimmicks because our service stands for itself. We offer the opportunity to try authentic boxing drills just like those found in both professional and amateur boxing clubs. Training with actual boxers, all with their own successes in boxing, you learn and develop your boxing abilities in the most authentic way possible. Together we will develop your confidence, help your fitness, and learn the discipline of boxing.

Based in the heart of East London, you can find our boxing club at 76 Alie Street, Aldgate, E1 8PZ.
Through expertly led classes you can choose the coach and/or class that best suits your training needs. If you are new to boxing and not yet ready to hit or be hit in a fight, we have classes that don't yet cover the contact aspect. Alternatively, if you are looking to build upon your existing skills and put everything you've learnt into action - we have a range of classes perfect for this
For newcomers our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable. If you could please arrive 15 minutes before your class or boxing training session we will give you a tour of the gym and our excellent facilities and introduce you to our friendly team so that you will be confident in your new environment.
The Best London Boxing Gym
Every class or one-to-one personal training session is delivered by actual boxing champions. Every teacher utilises their boxing experience and coaching skill to train you to fight in a way that cannot be found elsewhere. From training with Maisey Rose who is a 6-time National winner and part of the famous Repton Boxing Club to Paulo Muhongo who has over 150 fights under his belt and was the first Angolan to win gold at an international tournament.
Our Founders
Ryan Pickard - Ryan co-founded 12x3 and is a boxing luminary in his own right. Captained both club and country, he has achieved titles such as Junior World Silver, Youth Commonwealth Gold and Senior EU Bronze medals.
Darren Barker - Founder and former, Darren is well-known within boxing. With title belts that include; Commonwealth, British, European, and the IBF World Title, he has a decorated boxing career. In fact he was Eddie Hearn's first ever signing and now works alongside Eddie as a presenter for both Matchroom Boxing and Dazn.
