With an increasing number of women taking up boxing, we have created a space where you can train confidently and comfortably. Our women’s only boxing classes and one-to-one sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and develop boxing skills in a non-intimidating atmosphere.

Led by female coaches such as Lisa Moore and Maisey Rose, we offer expert instruction that draws from years of experience in both amateur and professional boxing. Our state-of-the-art facilities and empowering atmosphere ensure that every woman feels at home while learning authentic boxing techniques.

What We Offer:

At 12x3, we offer a range of female only boxing classes designed specifically for women, including both non-contact options and sparring sessions. If you prefer a no-contact approach, you can focus on technique, alternative drills, and punching bags. But if you’re ready to step it up, our sparring classes will take your skills to the next level.

We are located at 76 Alie Street, Aldgate, E1 8PZ, right in the heart of East London. No matter your skill level, we welcome newcomers from all across the city!

At 12x3, we are passionate about helping you push your limits, physically and mentally. Boxing is a high-intensity, full-body workout that builds strength, enhances stamina, and provides a powerful way to de-stress.

Our Founders

Ryan Pickard – Co-founder of 12x3, Ryan has over 100 wins under his belt and captained both club and country. With a career filled with accolades, including Junior World Silver, Youth Commonwealth Gold, and Senior EU Bronze, Ryan brings a wealth of experience and championship-level insight to our club.

Darren Barker – As a former IBF World Champion and co-founder of 12x3, Darren is a prominent figure in the boxing world. Known for his prestigious career, as Eddie Hearns first ever signing and earning Commonwealth, British and European titles. He is also a seasoned presenter for Dazn and Matchroom Boxing.
