We are an authentic London boxing club teaching the true art of boxing using drills just like those found in amateur and professional boxing clubs. At 12x3 we teach the sweet science of boxing through one-to-one personal training sessions and boxing classes. These coach led sessions are with actual boxes that have real experience in the boxing world. Learn in the most authentic way possible to enhance your composure under pressure, develop confidence and understand the true discipline of boxing.

Founded by boxing purists Darren Barker, former IBF world Champion and Ryan Pickard, former England Captain and Team GB, 12x3 Boxing are a club that tailors to you. Choose from our experienced coaches and lessons to find a class that is best suited to your training level and needs. We even have classes that don't include the contact aspect, perfect for beginners who are not quite ready to hit/ be hit. Our classes also include a range of sessions that are perfect for jumping right in and building on your already learnt boxing skills.

We ask all newcomers to arrive 15 minutes early prior to a boxing training session or class to ensure we can make you feel as comfortable as possible! This gives us time to allow you to meet the team and familiarise yourself with the facilities through a tour of the gym.

The accomplished coaches at 12x3 showcase their experience through their high quality boxing coaching skills - you cannot find this type of training anywhere else! You could be training with Maisey Rose, a 6-time National Champion and a member of the famous Repton Boxing Club, or Jimmy McDonnell, who has trained many professional boxers.

Our Founders

Darren Barker - 12x3's founder and a former IBF World Champion, who is a well known name in the world of boxing. He has won title belts, which includes: Commonwealth, British, European, and the IBF World Title. Darren was Eddie Hearn's first ever signing and has progressed through his amateur and professional boxing career to have worked alongside Eddie for Matchroom Boxing and Dazn as a presenter.

‍Ryan Pickard - Ryan co-founded 12x3 and has captained both club and country. Ryan has competed in over 100 fights, winning him titles such as Junior World Silver, Youth Commonwealth Gold and Senior EU Bronze medals.
